Return policy
We offer free returns for any of our customers with customer accounts.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please locate your order using our return portal. You will then be able to request a return by clicking your preferred option from the dropdown menu. Please note that acceptance of your return is dependent on adherence to our return policy - if it is out of our policy, it may not be accepted. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped out within 21 days of receiving a return label. Past that, you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit. After 30 days, your return will be canceled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Returns on sale items will be refunded the sale price.
Items marked "Final Sale" are eligible for exchanges and returns for store credit only, and are not eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we may make exceptions for these situations. Please reach out to our customer support for these exceptions.
Exchanges
We offer instant exchanges as a resolution option in our return portal. To start an exchange, please locate your order using the portal, and select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Items purchased at a discounted price will be refunded the amount paid, not the full price. Paid shipping expenses cannot be refunded (for example, expedited shipping costs).
